I am an MBA aspirant from Mummbai University. On 2nd Jan I have applied for new DMAT account opening in INDIABULLS which is in Vashi. They promised me that they will be requiring 10 working days.
When I contacted them they said that it is in process. When again contaced they told me that they need a bank statement from me. I provided them and again I got afake promise of work will be done in 7 working days. i waited. When I didnt receive any reply from the party i cantacted them and this time they gave me more document and said that this is a new form which is called as nominee form. And I have to fill it. Otherwise the process will not proceed further. I did this thing. Then from that time to now i am waiting for thier reply. Everyday I call them up for the account status and the relationship manager does not respond properly. He tells me same thing evryday that Boss your account is in process and when it will get done i will inform you. I dont know how much time do they require to chek the status. And in the morning when contacted Naveen he did not receive my call so I called up his manager Mr Tripathy and told him the scene. Previously also i had contacted Mr. Tripathy but it was not fruitful. In the morning due to frustraion I started shouting at Naveen and without showing courtesy to listen to your customer when you are at fault he started shouting at me. And then Hung up.
I again contacted Mr. Tripathy and informed about the same and he told me that a new RM will contact me. He did. But since morning he is also giving me fake promises like" Sir i will call you at this time, i will tell you the status" but nothing has happened. Now when I cantacted him he told me that the main office will tellit in the morning. i am really tired of this kind service. Even I dont call it as service. This is mental torture and trauma for me. I cant help it. Please help me out.
