FALSE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AND WRONG BILLING

DEAR SIR,

I AM KARTIKEY FROM KANPUR... I HAVE GOT BSNL BROADBAND (MY PHONE NO IS 0512-2616039) AND I GOT A CALL FROM INDIGAMES EXECUTIVE SAYING THAT I CAN SUBSCRIBE FOR THE 15 DAYS FREE TRIAL AS THEY WERE OFEERING WITH TI UP WITH BSNL . I WAS CLEARLY TOLD THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD CHARGES WHILE PLAYING THERE GAMES BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY MONTHLY BILL I WAS CHARGED BY BSNL FOR THAT DOWNLOADS.HENCE I CONTACTED INDIAGAMES SEVERAL TIMES BUT OF NO USE... PLEASE SE TO IT BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THE BILL TILL NOW...
