Poor service and rude behaviou

I m a permanent customer of bagga link mahipalpur nh-8. since last 3 years i m doing my bike servicing regularly every after 2000km. u can check the record over there. my bike no is- DL 6S X 0488. yester day 12 apr i have done my bike servicing again but i have come to know that they have not checked the air filter, and the head light is in fused condition. i went there today 13th apr, they r charging Rs 75/- to replace it and the main thing is that they r telling to deliver me my bike after 3 hours. what is this. very poor service! and when i ask to make it early their behaviour was very rude. really its unexpectable.plz take necessary against them. i have taken back my bike without changing my light.my mobile no is 9999894388
