Sir, i am serving in iaf and applied for pan card many years back and got two cards sl no anops 3211q and artps 9326 h against my name. i have submitted a correction form last year to cancel later card no artps 9326 h and despatch pan card no anops 3211q but no action.i again applied for despatching pan card no anops 3211q vide csf no as 704159247& 704336645 respectively as this card is being used in all my service documents&correspondence til date but no reply yet.now once again request you to despatch my pan card no anops3211q at the earliest. thanks.
