Flight delay, no announcements

I am travelling by IC 169 to Raipur, flight was supposed to take off at 10.25 am. However now at 10:45 am there is still no news of the flight. This is after delay of 45 mins for security check and 1 hour of waiting for boarding pass. This is really pathetic service by the airport ground staff...
