Non receipt of arrears of 5 weightage

Sir, My Ex JC No JC-371257N Ex Sub (Hony Sub Maj) retired wef 01 Aug. My PPO No was S/024014 (Army) dt 14 Jul. Sir Govt has already agree and presently has already issuing 5 weigtage bu till to date I have not received any arrears of 5 weightage on my gratuity/commutation. I request your kind honour that please arrange to release of arrears accordingly. My present address will be as under :-
