Today on 18/11/08 I went to the IOC petrol pump on
sriniwaspuri near PGDAV college on the ring road and asked the staff to fill Rs 100 worth of petrol, but they did not show zero to me and put up a petrol mof Rs 50 only) Rs. 50 petrol was filled to the customer before me.
When I asked the staff to put up the remaining amount they initially objected but when I asked them to take out the petrol from bike and check the quantity they agreed to it and said sorry to me, when I elevated this complaint to the manager Mr Narender he simply scolded and warned his staff for this, but did not agree to lodge a written complaint against the employee.
Kindly send this complaint to the relevent authoties so that other customers may not feel cheated at this petrol pump.
