I have been running my Maruti 800 for a good 8 yrs which has got a fuel tank of 28 liters. All this while a tank full has never exceeded 23-25 liters (the moment the needle touches E) and that costs me somewhere around 1100 rs when the fuel charge is 45 rs a liter in new delhi. yesterday was a very surprising day. the fuel needle had touched E and i went for a fuel refill to INDIAN OIL petrol pump (moolchand motors, vasant vihar, near priya cinema, new delhi), and to my surprise the gentleman there filled my car wid 29.13 liters of petrol for 1300 rs!! Which is not even the capacity of the fuel tank. and that too when 3-4 liters was already there because the needle had just touched E. I feel i have been cheated and duped. and on asking he just escaped by saying that "maruti mein itna hi dalta hai ". I am very annoyed by their unprofessional behaviour and want to lodge a complaint against their cheating cheating attitude. And to an extent i want refund of fuel/money.
