Non-delivery of LPG cylinde

I had booked my refill with DK agencies in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Consumer#23280 on 12th Jan. The ticket# given is 3855.

They had promised to deliver in 4-5 days. It is over 10 days now and every follow-up call results in empty promise of delivery the same day.

I suspect they are delivering out of turn keeping innocent consumers waiting.
