No deliver of refill

I am a consumer of ADARSH GAS AGENCY, Saharanpur. My consumer no.is 1850A, I have booked my refill on may 2nd 2009

After 20 days the refill has not delivered to me, I have telephoned about 6 times, but gas agency manager promised me for next day.

Please enquire into the metter and act accordingly.thanks.
