We are your customer since 1982 till date. Our residence has been shifted from Amjikarai (distributors - Gas Links) we had no complaint against these good dealers.
We moved our residence to Ambattur in 1994 till date we are facing the delay in refilling cylinder even though we have booked we would get the same only after 25 days and after me calling them up several times.
Your distributor is T.C.U.S Ltd., 13, Old Bank Of Baroda Street, Distributor code : 31537137 Ambattur Chennai -53 Phone No : 23453415. The person who regularly distributes the refilling the cyliner name is Mr. Kumar (His contact No.9789950392)
The above mentioned person has taken the empty cylinder from my mother who is a senior citizen (aged 60) promising her that he would return therefill by two days. It's more than 18 days he has taken the cylinder. When I called up the above mentioned office the lady (Office Assistant), replies we have no idea only if you give in the empty cylinder we would give in the new one. When I told her that Mr Kumar has taken the cyclinder I was shocked to hear from her saying that this guy had left the office more than a month ago (not working). How come this happen. After few minutes i received a call from the lady requesting me not tolaunch a file she would ive me someother suggestions (something fishy) does she also involves in this rubbish deal.
We have booked for the 2nd one 25 days earlier and she is still sending the same. She should have sent a new person for refilling. Why is this delay???
Our consumer No: 12321 for which i had done a name transfer from my dad's name who is no more with us. She being a widow and an senior citizen should i go in for the consumer court or is the concerned person will deal it in a tactful way.. Await your reply.
