Improper service regarding NPS Services

I read New Pension Scheme news at local news paper given by Indian Post (Ichalkaranji Head Office). Then I applied for New Pension Scheme at Head Post Office of Ichalkaranji. NSDL -CRA allotted me PRAN card with welcome kit in which I found in that Nomination details not updated. So as per guildlines in welcome kit, I immedately contacted to Head Master to correct nomination details two times with paying required charges Rs.23.00. Till date no nomations details updated. I contiously follow up regarding that matter but no fouverable action made by Head Office.
