Non receipt of mails

I am residing in Manjaliparamb house, Iringole P.O, Perumbavoor-683548. Mails from Iringole post office are not getting regularly. Letter from Passport office, Kochi, Telephone bills, wedding invitations, letters etc are not being delivered regularly. Pls help.
