Irrresposibility of postman

Dear sir,

The Postman of CUSAT post office, pin-682022, kochi, kerala, never delivers our parcel and letters to the wriiten address. He always gives a slip stating that nobody was present at the written address to security man of our apartment. In that case we always have to go to the post office to collect the letters and parcels. Kindly look into this
