Whenever postman delivers post either he demands some amount of money for that or just insults the consumer as if he or she replies he will say that he'll misplace ur further letters

IS this the way of dealing with consumers. If some important letter is misplaced then what will the consumer do

SUCH kind of persons should be TEACHED a lesson so that they do not dare to harass the common man
