Dear Sir,

This is very sad to inform you that we dont get our refund of above mentinoed PNR Number till date. we want to know that why are we harrassing by your department. we booked our ticket as on 12.06.08 with transaction id 0050306912 & PNR No. 2349413751. This is very enough to harass us. we send our prob through email with various authority and news papers but there is no response and no hearness. all of the person found blind and domb and unhear.

who is the responsible for this matter. india got freedom in 1947 but actually govt. is not a democratic or republic representiative of public. public is being harass just like before freedom.

we are very upset to take this matter.

Which authority is responsible to sort out our problem.

Now, We want justice and going to take help with electronic media.
