The matter is that I have came to India after 5 years to meet my parents and relatives so I have to travel via train superfast express (new delhi to jalandhar) and I board this train from Yamuna Nagar (Jagadhri), but I am really sorry to say that this train is never on time neither in morning nor in evening it always reaches either 30 minutes or 45 minutes late, in morning the train timetable says that train will reach at Yamuna Nagar station at 8:30a.m but it reaches at 9:00 or sometime at 9.05 a.m similarly in evening it reaches late always, this happened on 19th March also and I went to station master and asked him to provide me compalint book as I want to make complaint against this but he was so rude and refused to provide me with complaint book when I told him that I will report this to seniors he said me do whatever I can.
I want to ask that if you are going to handle people coming from outside in this way then why do you advertise that to see India best way is to travel by railway, again I was overcharged by railway vendor when I purchased bottle of pepsi and he charged me Rs.25 whereas the marked price is Rs.20
I am sorry to say but in future I am never going to travel with Indian Railways the service and attitude of people is totally un-acceptable and it was me only whose ticket was checked whereas all others who were travelling without tickets they went through unmanned routes and I followed the legal way to move out from railway station. Incident happened at Yamuna Nagar (Jagadhri) railway station
Really it was totally awfull experience with Indian Railways, and in future I am never going to travel with railway.
I hope I can get any reply back from concerned department
