Non Refund of TDR Claim

Sir,

We two person have booked a rail ticket from Dhanbad to secunderabad in 3 AC class. The journey includes the combination of two different train i.e 2340 DN and 8645 UP. We have completed the journey from Dhanbad to Howrah by 2340 DN.The train reached at Howrah at 13.18 hrs, while its sheduleed arrival is 10.21 hrs. Due to late arrival of Coalfield Express 2340 DN at Howrah, next connecting train East Coast Express 8645 UP left the Howrah hence we could not caught the train. In these condition we forced to canceel the onward train of Howrah to Secunderabad.

Then we filed a TDR NO: 125820 on dated 13.06.07 at Howrah station. It is more than a year we did not get any refund from the Railway. Urgent attention required for refund please.
