No official at ticket counte

I usually take local train frm mongolpuri (new delhi), the station next to shakurbasti. in the morning before 7a.m. the ticket counter is mostly closed. the official comes from the train that comes from rohtak nearly at seven and when that train is late, all the passangers go without ticket . this is causing a great loss to indian railways, and also a lot of inconvenience to passangers.

i hope u will take appropriate action against them and will fix the problem as soon as possible. plz notify me also the action taken so that we general people should also get to know the benefit of complaining to you authorities
