Waiting AC 3 tier ticket compelled to stand in SL class

To Whom So Ever It may Concern,

This is to make you into knowledge that I was travelling in Train No: 2859 Geetanjali Express from Mumbai to DURG having a waiting List ticket with PNR No: 823-0609080 in AC 3 tier on 01-05.

When TTE visited for checking. He behaved very inhuman and bad to all waiting list passengers including me. And told that waiting list passengers can't travel in same class and compelled me to go into Sleeper class. As sleeper class was also full, Hence whole 987 KMs of journey I had to travel standing in between two toilets space after paying to Indian Railway for AC 3 tier charge.

So, I want you to action against one TTE Mr Abrahim Gonsalvis and one unknown TTE boarding the train from CSTM station as by paying similar amount as confirmed ticket, no one had right to behave such inhuman and absurd with us. Secondly I had searched the whole Indian Railway site, but no such rules and regulation is there. Hence need explanation on that from Indian Railway.
