booking administrater. indian railway.

there are a railway station Pata on delhi kanpur root between phaphund and achalda . at present computiresed ticket window working . at present train passing from this station going to lucknow. but on booking window there are no ticket issued between kanpur to lucknow. while train passing through this station taking many stoppage between kanpur to lucknow. when asking for the ticket between kanpur & lucknow as unnao. the booking clerk say that I am not authorised to issue the ticket of unnao just take the tiket either kanpur or lucknow. so please do the needful.
