I am a regular passenger of Eastern Railway Sealdah Division. I go from Khardah to Ballygunge everyday by local train for last 16 years. Today 20-6 at 4.45 pm at Sealdah South section as I was coming from Ballygunge a TTE named Ujjwal Halder wanted to see my ticket, and I showed my monthly ticket. But unfortunately it was expired yesterday 19-6 . I apologized him by saying sorry, as I did not follow it, let me give a chance to issue a new one. He wanted 100 Rs. from me. That time he behaved with me rudely. As I did not agree to give him any moneyI am a regular passenger of eastern railway Sealdah Division for last 16 years. I used to go f without any money-receipt, he insulted me and harassed me badly. Then I told him that I will certainly give you the fine amount but without any receipt I shall not give you any money. The behavior of Railway TTE was very painful and rude. Even I showed him my two months old monthly ticket, he created a scene and insulted my dignity.
May I know that, is there any necessity to behave so rudely with a genuine passenger? Please answer me.
