Delay in delivery of Luggage

Sir,

I had booked my excess luggage via railways while travelling from AMRITSAR to TRICHUR on 22 July. At the time of booking an additional Rs 50/- also paid to the the booking clerk as per his demand for loading charges. Now my luggage is not reached TRICHUR till today (04 Aug). On enquiring at TRICHUR railway station, always getting very cold response. Even after much requests any responsible person was found to take necessary action to find out the reason behind it. Since I want to go for my duties to other places, it become a matter of tension for my old aged parents at home. Therefore You are requested to help me in getting the luggage as quickly as possible please.
