Dear Sir,

I had Booked the ticket Online via service provided by IRCTC. The ticket details & TDR igiven below. One day before travelling date my ticket status was RAC & on the date of travelling It got automatically cancelled. I had also registered the complain at Kalyan Station (If required can send the copy of same).

Even after 6 month of filing TDR, I have not received the my Payment.

I am following up with IRCT but they are telling that money will be refunded by Indian Railways.

Please help me to get back my Money.
