I have booked one bed in Indian railway parcel on dt.18/07/09, PWD

523086A from khurda (KUR) station to Khammam (KMT) station till now i have

not received the bed part.

Parcel receipt is attached for your reference.

Pl.do the needful/suggest the forward path to get the booked materials.
