This is complaint placing on behalf of my friend Mr. Sanjay Patel. He is visually handicapped and the same has been certified by the L.V.Prasad Eye institute, HYDERABAD, a reknowned Eye hospital in India.
In his last trip /Visit to Hyderabad The hospital authorities have issued a concession certificate to him to avail concessions in travelling.
Previously he travelled using the certificate also. When on 8/11/09 he went to VAPI railway reservation counter to book a ticket for him, The clerk name he told as Mr. Surendra has abused and insulted my friend and the doctors issued the certificate as fraud and taken the certificate into his custody and asked my friend to meet today i.e. on 9/11/09.
On 9/11/09 in the morning my friend went there he has takem him to CMI-VAPI there also he uttered the words as fraud and explained the episode to hims. Then The Officer told my friend they Can Book my friend and as well the doctor.
He couldn t understand what they told and came to me and explained. Then i asked him to take an acknowledgement for having the certificate to their custody, so as i prepared the letter and given to him. When he went to the clerk for acknowledgement he again abused and asked him to go back and come in the evening after his CMI come back to Office and refused to sign the paper.
Sir my friend is a small shop keeper and your staff are wasting his time thus causing a loss to his day to day bread and butter. If the clerk has any doubt regarding the certificate he can talk to the doctors or even he can ask his medical certificate, but with due respect he has to deal the situation. It all caused a mental agony to my friend.
