Eservation is meaningless when 1000s of peoples captured train without ticket

Dear sir

i am sorry to imform you we saw hell while we were traveling from ashok nagar to nizzamudin by UJJAINI EXPRESS TRAIN NO 4309 on 7th april. our pnr nos are 8241130678, 8528188409, 8528203163, 8341265687.this train was fully occupied by thousands of unreserved people and there was no t.t.e, or police to help those people who got reservation 1 or 2 mnths before.all night we travel standing nd sitting on floor helplessly. i want to lodge my complaint and want to know who would be responsible if there was miss happenings happened while travelling in such conditions.therefore you are being requested to make law forceful to prevent all these nusense. please take action and inform if you like to inform.
