My family & myself had to travel on Rajadhani train on 9th April from Ernakulam to Delhi. We were travelling on 3rd a/c. The food, water, beddings came in time. But the whole passengers in 1 boggy were able to use only one side of the toilets. ie. two toilets were blocked by the food suppliers of the train. Some passengers were able to succeed in getting thru the toilets where the food were kept outside.
While travelling on Rajadhani we don t expect to keep our food near the toilets. Thats the reason we could not have the food properly from the train. We were paying flight charges to Indian railways and getting food from the TOILET KITCHEN?
The other worst thing is that just before we enters Delhi rlway stn, the food suppliers, bed suppliers are coming and asking for tips.. What for this??? this practice should be stopped immediately...
We have paid to Indian Railways for our travel food..
So we would request Indian Railway authorities to look in to this matter very seriously...
Awaiting for your soonest response.
With kind regards,
Mathew George (Saji)
