Hi,
I am Nilotpal Ghosh. I had my ticket booked a from Kharagpur to
Bhubaneshwar in Kalingautkal express (pnr no 2637558058), in AC III
tier, train no 8478.
When I reached Kharagpur, I came to know that the train is derouted
through a different station, and this is being done for quite
sometime.
I would like to know, why then the ticket for this station is
available for online booking.
This has caused a severe discomfort and I had to cancel the journey.
To add to my discomfort, the Station Master of Kharagpur station did
not bother to help me in this regard.
Additionally, there are no means by which refund of my ticket can be
done.
