Facilities at local Railway Stations starting from Ballabgarh to Shivaji Bridge station are so poorly (mis) managed as if there is no permanent or contractual staff. Or possibility may be that concerned officials turn blind eye to such problems and issue necessary certificates. Such officers should be made responsible for their deeds. In some of the urinals, facility staff rather than cleaning them regularly have made alternate openings & urine flows on platform and there is foul smell all over. This is done for their convenience. I challenge any senior officer to pass close to toilets.
