Hi,

I have filed a TDR long back on Feb however my money has not been refunded to my citi credit card account.

please find attached the TDR details, also please find the details below

I have written 2 mails to irctc regarding this however I got the response stating

"The case of PNR No.6321946033 has been forwarded to CCM/CR Railway on 25-Feb. We have already issued Reminders on 03-Jul to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway. Now we have sent another reminder on 9-August with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account."

Kindly look into this matter.
