Service Misbehaves of Attendant in indian Railways

I am travelling by Guwahati trvandam express (train no2516DN) from New coochbehar to Malda town in AC 3tier cooch no B3 seat no 9. I requerst to attendent please provide the bed roll but he was ignore to provide that up to NJP staion.

Attendent misbehaves with me and provde dirty bed roll intentionally.
