Efund of ticket not recieved

Sir

I have reserved a train ticket for the journey from Tvpm to Ksd on 23/12 in Maveli express. But due to some personnel problem I cannot able to travel in the same day. on enquiry from kanhangad rly station it came to know that the refunding is only done at divisional office tvpm. hence i submit an application to the divisional manager along with the original ticket by speed post on 26/12.but there is no reply recived.the copy of letter attached.
