TDR refund not recieved for train delay more than 3 hours

I had bought rail eticket in Kalka Howrah train no. 2312 for journey to be performed on 24th March from Kalka to Delhi through IRCTC. The PNR no. of the ticket was 2533297941. The train was late by more than 3 hours. Accordingly, TDR was filed on IRCTC website. The TDR zone is eastern zone. But even after delay of 7 months and various reminders to IRCTC, I have not recieved the refund against above tickets.
