E ticket cancellation not done

My journey from Trichur to Chennai on 8th December was cancelled due to Drivers starick at Trivandrum Division on 8.12. I was forced to cancel my journey by that train. My ticket details are

1. Transaction ID No.0030851037

2.PNR No.4459131799

3.Train No.6323/SHALIMAR EXPRESS.

4.Date of Journey 8.12.2007

5. Journey from Thrisur to Chennai.

6. Govt. ID No.5435 of GOI

7 Ticket for three Adults Rs.774/-

8 My SBI Debit Card No.6220180117600061990 through which the e-ticket was booked

Please kindly refund the ticket amount to my account.
