EGMORE in Bad condition

Now a days it is really very difficult for the tourists to come to the egmore station in heavy luckages since escallator is not working most of the days properly, wen i went with my mom, uncle, mama ponnu, aunty we suffered a lot, we request the authorities to install escallator properly and arrange for lift if possible
