Not received the full amount of refund

Sir,

myself vishnu s kedia was to travel from gondia to surat by train no. 2834 via ticket having PNR 611 4802632 on 3/5.

the train got delayed by 4 hours and i had to cancell my journey through that train & arranged my journey by another trains breaking through at bhusaval jn. My TDR no.regarding the above mentioned case is 403941. On july 31, 08 i received refund order from Chief Comm. Manager, Central Rlwy, Mumbai for half the claimed amount.

Please help me in getting the full refund.
