There is NO notice outside the Borivali east railway bridge announcing that, people without platform ticket cannot walk on it. How are people from outside suppose to know this? And then why should people pay so much fine when appropriate rules are not followed? Morever the railway bridge near the second class carraiges, as well as the passenger bridge across borivali station are in such bad condition, I know a friend who slipped and twisted her ankle on it. Why should we pay such a hefty fine for a mistake which does not seem to even keep these bridges in good conditions? The fine we were made to pay was 250 rs rs3 for platform ticket per person . where is all this money going if not for improving the bridge? Please do the needful and make sure there are Notices telling the rules, in legible print and font outside the bridges.
