We had booked passengers under PNR#2616483282 and PNR#2616348934 from SRE/JAT and from ASR/NDLS respectively, Both cases passengers claimed full refund as these trains were cancelled due to
Kissan rail roko agitation, On Nov.16 and 17 we had sent atleast three to four emails to '[email protected]'
and were informed that under PSR these trains were not cancelled but due to floods, accidents, breaches etc., we are forwarding your case to railways for TDR process and you should file directly from your end
Accorddingly we filed TDR from our
computer, giving the reason that clients claim these trains did not operate, In case of PNR2616348934 50% amount was refunded and incase of PNR#2616483282 it was declined and same was
informed to the clients and aftyer this incedence we lost this customer forever, From May 1st our agent
ID has been blocked by ircts citing that we have filed false TDR, First of all we were asking irctc, see our emails to them on Nov.16 and 17 wether these trains operated or not and they are now telling us that we have filed false TDR, Then withour asking our explanation they have deactivated our agent ID without the knowledge that how much we are suffering, We have forwarded them the scanned copy os cancellation request of clients as well as the petty cash voucher signed by them, Still there is no action
from them, We trust that immediate steps are taken to restore and activate our ID tous from further loss
