Recently I had a worst experience with indiaonlineflorists.com. I paid for a Rakhi Gift (order no: IOF-13082008308) which they did not deliver. After many emails, I got a response few weeks afer Rakhi was over, saying can we deliver you the gift now. As the gift was for a Rakhi and was over by few weeks, I asked them not to deliver the gift and refund my money. I did several email exchange with their so called customer support, but until today (it's 2 months now) I am struggling to get my money back. The website looks very professional in the first look, but in my opinion is either a fraud company or do not bother about customer service.
Please help me for getting my money back. If requires, I can provide more detail like, order date and no., my back transaction record, my communications with indiaonlineflorists.com.
