Non delivery of the product

I am still awaiting delivery of product # IN0711100036 (UCB WRIST WATCH) for which I paid online through my VISA DEBIT CARD on 7th November. Whenever I raise a complaint ticket I get false assurance that the product will be shipped in ten days which I believe is a standard answer to all complaints for non-delivery. Please do something about it.
