Registered posts are not safe anymore

Hi,

I had sent a registed letter on 23rd May from Hadapsar (411013) branch to Kerala (691017).

The letter was teared when it was recieved at the destination.

Indian postal service SUCKS!!! in terms of serivice...

They have started opening letters even thought they are Registered
