Dear India Post,
I was expecting a courier EB009953389CN from china by EMS. I never received it, when i contacted Banaglore Foreign post office I was told that parcel has been returned to china. However sender has not received it. FPO has not provided any credible information regarding return tracking or receipt of returned parcel. How do i track this parcel for refund purpose?
How do i believe that it has not been stolen by your department?
