Hi,
I have purchase a Wall Clock of Rs 6000 from internet through Indiatimes (shopping.indiatimes.com) on 30th Dec from Bangalore.
I had specified the Address of Pune but they delivered the Wall Clock to Bombay and didnt bother to call back to verify. When i called them i havent recieved the delivery then they sent be another item to my Pune address.
The wall clock which they have delivered is a faulty non working Clock. When i raised the concern with them, they said to return the product by Aramex Courier and said the Courier Person will come and collect the courier. But still that Aramex Courier Person havent came to collect the Wall Clock and when i call the Indiatimes Consumer Care they say they will come.
Can any one let me know what needs to be done
