I had ordered the product from Indiatimes, Order number & had received the wrong product.
I immeadiately called Indiatimes for a replacement but they said talk to the vendor, the contact number of the vendor provided by Indiatimes was wrong, after calling the courier company they gave me the vendor number, when I called the vendor, he said send the product back. I had to spend my money to courier the product back to the vendor & he received the product next day & promised me to send the correct product next day
That did not happen & I did not receive the product, again I called the vendor & he said that he does not have the product.
WHY DOES INDIATIMES DISPLAY THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE IF THE VENDOR DOES NOT HAVE STOCK!!!
I told him that I want my money back, he said cancel the order with Indiatimes & I will get my money back
Called Indiatimes & they gave me cancellation number 230656 & told me that I will get my refund in 3 days
Did not get the same & called Indiatimes so many times everyday & got assurance that money will be refunded
Until 7th May, when I called, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled
I was not told till then that order cannot be cancelled, I wanted a refund as I had ordered the product for gifting to my husband on 23rd April, in absence of which I bought another product from the market
WHY DOES INDIATIMES GIVE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS, IS YOUR STAFF NOT QUALIFIED ENOUGH??
On 1st of May I received a call from the courier company that there is a parcel from Teknix which I refused as I had already cancelled the order with Indiatimes having also received the cancellation number 230656
Again after a few days I received the same product which I had sent back, still not the correct product, anyways I don’t want the product now!!
Since 7th May I have been speaking with Mr Amit Kumar & Vikas Jha & they kept assuring me that the order will be cancelled & the vendor will arrange for a pickup & I will get a refund in 3 working days, but still on 5th May, I am receiving a mail stating your order is shipped
INDIATIMES IS JUST TRYING TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS AND FOOL THEM
Also, several times I spoke to Amit Kumar & he told me that I will get an update in 10 minutes
His 10 minutes are still not completed & I have still not received any call. Every time I call on his number, he does not pick up or disconnect the call. same is the case with Mr Vikas Jha
INDIATIMES KEEP ON GIVING WRONG INFORMATION AND PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION
14th May, I spoke to Mr Alok & he told me that I will get a call in 30 minutes & was unable to reach Mr Amit Kumar even after so many phone calls.
Still not received any call & hence sending this mail as a final escalation
Again sending this mail as I have still not get a response from India times
When tried to contact Amit Kumar & Mr Vikas Jha, they are never reachable
If Indiatimes has even little bit of dignity & self respect then at least reply to mails or call back
Just now I called Indiatimes number & asked the person to put me on to Vikas Jha or Amit, he reverted he cannot transfer
What the hell does Indiatimes think customers are???
Also, he was not speaking a word & put me on MUTE after sometime & then disconnected the call
I was promised on 27th May by Mr Vikas Jha that I will get my money back & the order has been cancelled & the stupid person on the call today (customer service) number told me that the product has been sent to me!!!
I have still not received any update from Indiatimes on my money & everytime I call, they say they will update me, but never update me. Now they are not even picking the calls
It has been more than a month now & there is no update from indiatimes & have not received my money back
Also mails sent to them are not replied
