i have ordered 3 quantity of the same books with the Item Number / Product Number : 2651392 ("Trek the Sahyadris by Harish Kapadia") from indiatimes.com, crossword merchant. but received only one book. i have sent my complaint via sms and email to indiatimes on 20-02. i received a reply via email, dated 23-02, saying that the complaint will be resolver in 6 days time. since then all my further emails have bounced.
i have phoned indiatimes customer care several times as well, but got only evasive answers! last time i talked to some mr manoj kumar, he could not tell me what happened to the missing books and when they will be delivered. on my insistence to speak to his superior he gave evasive answers, such as that his superior was too busy. on my further insistence he told me that a mr govind would contact me shortly. needless to say nobody contacted me till now.
previously some mr vivek from the complaints department was supposed to contact me, but no one has ever called back.
till now nobody has contacted me, nor have i received the missing books, nor have i received a refund.
