This is with reference to the online purchasing of SONY digital camera, and I had paid payment in full via net-banking.
I waited for 10 days before contacting the customer care service. I was put online for 25 minutes with executive name Ankit Kalra and Lalit Sharma. Despite the request, they had coolly cancelled my order saying the merchant is not reachable.
I strongly feel Indiatimes.com online shopping is a serious hoax of making money by charging the customers for the payment and cancelling their order after 10 to 15 days, thus making money on interest.
Even when they have cancelled my order, they have indicated that I will get a refund after 7 to 10 days.
Please take necessary action so that other poor people should not suffer like me. furthermore, I should be compensated with interest for the amount I paid that in turn has been used by Indiatimes.com
