Hello, I am from Mumbai.
I ordered i2 dual talk mobile phone after reading the advertisement in Times of India newspaper. I received the product on June 19 through courier. But i found that the screen of the phone was broken from the left bottom of the display. So, i returned the product directly to the dealer for replacement. However, he refused to replace the phone stating that I have broken its screen. It was so shocking and disgusting. Then again I sent it to dealer for replacement on July 3 through Indiatimes as per the directions from Indiatimes icare. But again the product was returned to me as it was.
So I need to know how to file a complaint against Indiatimes and the dealer to recover from this case? Can anybody help me out with the procedure and formalities to be carried out?
