It is observed that amt of Rs. 29 has been recovered from my balance of mob no 9869011220 manier times. This is purely cheating and illegal. In the past also amount was recovered This information has been provided to me by MTNL.The service of thought for the day was not at all demanded by me. and without providing service charges have been recovered. Please refund/ credit all the deducted amount within 7 days if my amount is not credited I will be compelled to report this matter to respective authorities. Hoping for immediate reply and action.
