Non refund of money

Sir,

I had ordered for Rani Combo (Rs 3199/)--a jewellery product on phone on18 march (order no.111582349) when it appeared in TIMES ON INDIA edition on same day. I paid via UCO bank cheque no.459012 dt.26 march (receipt no. 1338029). My order was cancelled without my knowledge even after money was taken & I was not informed.. My money is not refunded till to date even after calling them many times and e mailing them.

Pl help in refund with interest,
